Shipping policy

At LABEL BY MUKS, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery-One, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed and packed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking/AWB number, where applicable.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer shipping across India to serviceable PIN codes.

  • Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to the destination, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Some remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms and minimum order value specified in the respective offer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking/AWB number.

You can track your order through our Track My Order page:

Enter your AWB/tracking number to check the latest shipment status.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is picked up by the courier.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts if the recipient is unavailable.

Please ensure that the shipping address, PIN code and contact number provided during checkout are accurate.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or other delivery-related issues, the shipment may be returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO).

6. RTO — Return to Origin

If an order is returned to LABEL BY MUKS because it could not be delivered, additional shipping or return-to-origin charges may be applicable.

For prepaid orders, any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy after the returned shipment is received and verified.

For COD orders returned due to non-acceptance, repeated failed delivery attempts, or incorrect/incomplete address details, we reserve the right to restrict or disable COD availability for future orders.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated time-frame, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural events

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • High shipment volumes

  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

LABEL BY MUKS is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, please take clear photographs/videos of the package and its condition and contact our customer support team with your order details.

Any claim will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the applicable courier terms.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete shipping address

  • PIN code

  • Active mobile number

If incorrect information results in a failed delivery, re-shipment or additional courier charges, such charges may be payable by the customer.

10. International Shipping

If international shipping is available for your location, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless specifically stated otherwise.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.

11. Courier Partner

Orders may be shipped through Delhivery-one or another logistics partner selected by LABEL BY MUKS based on serviceability and operational requirements.

Courier delivery timelines and delivery attempts are subject to the applicable courier's terms and conditions. Delhivery-one's published terms state that delivery timelines can be affected by circumstances beyond its control and that shipments may be subject to delivery-attempt and RTO provisions.
